Hi Unlimited Club Member!

When attempting to charge your credit card for your Unlimited Club Membership, we are receiving the message from your credit card issuer: “Your Transaction Has Been Declined”. This is typically because of insufficient funds (debit) or over-limit (credit).

We will try again for 14 more days, so if you resolve the issue with the bank, no action is needed with Jax. A resolution for a debit card would be putting money in the checking account or paying down the credit card.

However, if you are getting a new card or wish to use a different card, to avoid interruption in your service, please click here to login to your record and change your credit card.
